EULA - End User License Agreement

DIRECT USER SWITCHING

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This end user license agreement (the "AGREEMENT") is an agreement between you (individual or single entity) and Way Beyond Computing Ltd, for the Direct User Switching software (the "SOFTWARE") that is accompanying this AGREEMENT.

The SOFTWARE is the property of Way Beyond Computing Ltd and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. In the case where no license has been purchased, the SOFTWARE may be used for a limited trial period of 30 days from the date of installation. If a license has been purchased, the SOFTWARE may be used by any number of persons on the computer installation for which the license was purchased. Due to the nature of the SOFTWARE the license is restricted to a particular installation on a computer and not specifically to the purchaser of the license.

If you accept the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT, you have certain rights and obligations as follows:

1) You MAY install the SOFTWARE on an unlimited number of computers, for evaluation purposes only, under the terms of the limited trial period of 30 days.

2) You MAY copy and distribute the SOFTWARE provided that it is in its original unmodified form.

3) You MUST ensure that all users of the SOFTWARE adhere to this AGREEMENT.

4) You MAY NOT disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the SOFTWARE or any portion of it.

5) You MAY NOT sublicense, rent or lease the SOFTWARE or any portion of it.

6) You MAY NOT use the SOFTWARE after the trial period of 30 days unless a license for the particular installation has been purchased from Way Beyond Computing Ltd or an approved reseller.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Way Beyond Computing Ltd be liable for any lost profits, lost savings, or any other incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the SOFTWARE even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, the entire liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the license to use the SOFTWARE.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
This product is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. The entire risk of using the SOFTWARE is borne by the individual user or users.
